Artists Flock to Gawk at Gloucester Roman Mosaics

Gloucester, MA -- Renowned mosaic artists Sophie Drouin and Lynne Chinn were recently spotted on Dale Avenue inspecting the city's now infamous Roman mosaic.

"I don't understand why they haven't torn up the whole street yet," exclaimed Canadian Sophie Drouin. "There could be a whole floor under there! Pass me the backhoe!"


Lynne Chinn of Plano, Texas agreed. "Street, shmeet. There's art under there!"

Public works officials were not available for comment.
